COCO GRILL is now open on the second floor of CaféSHANG, the building that has attractive flashy neon along A.S. Fortuna Street where most Japanese restaurants can be found.
        Mr. Tetsuo, the owner and at the same time the chef of the restaurant, is very particular on the taste of the foods. He is a Japanophile, a person with so much love and interest on Japan. In fact, he even has a Japanese name already. Since he had worked for two years at a bar (a bar serving different kinds of alcoholic drinks) in Japan as the store manager, he is very fluent in the Japanese language.Even the menus in the restaurant are written in Japanese. The Korean foods that they serve taste amazingly delicious. The restaurant is cool and has an open air. Their pride are the good quality of their pork belly and their very reasonable prices. Every dish that has pork belly really tastes delicious and even their simple grilled pork belly are excellent. Of course, their homemade Kimchi is one of their best.
       To all the people who love Korean foods, the restaurant offers foods you just cannot resist.

        I have tried their different dishes and what I like best is their Mandu, Korean-style dumplings that was featured on the Cooking Test of the famous Korean drama called Tejangum. I went there just to try their foods!!! Putting their specially made Tare to it would make it more delicious. Their hot and spicy soup with Mandu (second photo from the left) also tastes very good.
