ヤモリの読んでも得にならないコラム
Philippine Folklore

Japanese restaurants are definitely not new to us anymore but a restaurant that somehow introduces amazingly delicious Teppanyaki can be hardly found in Cebu.
The restaurant does not only offer Teppanyaki but also a wide variety of Japanese foods. Also, it becomes a Korean bar from 23:00 to 6:00.
If you say that neither the Japanese restaurant nor the Korean bar impresses you that much, you’re not being biased in that case. But try to see it for yourself both the restaurant and the bar. After enjoying the delicious foods and the charm of the two, try to reassess your impressions about them.
Seitoha Japanese Restaurant → a Korean Bar from 23:00

You might be wondering why a Japanese restaurant becomes a Korean bar from midnight.
Actually, the restaurant is being managed by a Korean named Ken. He had lived in Japan for more than 10 years. What is more interesting is that he graduated from the University of Tokyo graduate school. He is still not that fluent in the Japanese language and he’s even choosy in Japanese foods. But why is he managing a Japanese restaurant? The reason is that he only wants to satisfy the Japanese people.
Ken started the Korean bar that opens from 23:00. All menus are different from 23:00. He loves Korean homemade foods so all the menus taste really like homemade. Their Kimchi chige tastes exactly like “Korea’s homemade Kimchi”. I ate a lot of it when I visited the restaurant. You would really say it’s the best Kimchi chige ever when you eat it when you’re drunk. It may be the same feeling when after eating a bowl of Ramen.
